Question Hi. I need help. I have a problem with my cursor.

So basically my problem starts when I see my cursor in some games. It doesnt happen in the browser or anywhere else. I mainly experience it in FiveM. When my cursor is "hidden" my game runs at around 80 FPS, but when I my cursor is visible, because I need it to manage my inventory something strange happens. My FPS counter says the game is still running at 80 FPS, but it feels more like 5 FPS. Any suggestions why does this happen? A month or two ago it didnt happened. I have the latest GPU driver installed.

Pc specs:
RTX 3080
i5 12600KF
16 GB RAM
and fast SSDs

How about reproducing the problem while running performance monitor and see what changes when the problem is present?

It was easier to demonstrate in BeamNG.Drive because it also has a built in monitoring system. The only thing I saw was that the CPU usage went up.
The problem is still there when my cursor stays in place.

What can I do to fix this problem?
