Hi, looking for a 24" LCD!!

Hi,
I am new in this forum. In August I will be moving from Israel to the US. I am planning on getting a 24" LCD. I will get a new computer at about 1000-1300$. I will maybe get a PS3 too. I want it to be at good quality. I will probably have 350-400$ for a monitor.

It's good for a TN panel, which is okay. If you do image work get something better but if you just play games and watch movies you'll be okay.
