When I was playing a lot of Halo2 Live I once played around 16 hours in one
24 hour period. I also spent way too much time on Morrowind. I spent many
late nights with that game.

yeah, Morrowind got me for a whole weekend with only brief stops for
trivial things like food and bathroom. Started doing the same thing
with Arx Fatalis, but it just wasn't as good a game. KotOR and Fable
almost got me, too... but Morrowind was the one. I won't play it again
because of that, too. hehe

Did you ever do the rubber band on the controller thing to get your
running ability up?

Most I have played in one session is about 8 hours. Very unhealthy.

More than 24h in a session (but that was back in the good old days of the SNES
and Megadrive).

My longest session was 'only' 18 hours on Sword of Vermillion (Genesis). I
had played over 10 hours before that, and needed another 15 or so hours
after to beat it. Those were the days...

The only game I pulled an all-nighter with was the original Civ for the PC.

If you include breaks for food and streching, I've probably gone about
18 hours.

If you're talking about just gaming straight, with only bathroom breaks,
the longest I went was about 14 hours, and then almost passed out from
hunger.

(the scary thing was, I wasn't even aware of time passing, and didn't
realize how much time had passed until I started feeling sick.)
