Hey,
I recently tested my i7 4770(stock one) 3.40Ghz/3.9Ghz turbo on prime95, and i found out that my cpu temperatures are pretty high at idle they are around 35-40 c. But at full load they can get to 88-92 in a minute.( http://scr.hu/0q17m/qnzu6 ) I changed my thermal paste and it change the temperature by 5 degrees. I'm not sure if should i change the voltoge to higher or lower rates.
I will also mention that i have a stock intel cooler.

I will apreciate anyone will reply

Solution

if your CPU doesn't get enough power, your system performance might get unstable.
you should run a few test by lowering a little, and find out which spot will gets you a better temperature and stable performance
lower both max and min 0.025 each test,

my recommendations
keep the default settings ,get an aftermarket cooler will be better
you should lower the voltage, to decrease heat output.
You should really get an aftermarket cooler for it, i would highly recommend the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus.

EDIT : Ambient temperature effects your system's temperature.
