Question High cpu temperatures in BIOS

Hello i recently got a ryzen7 7800x3d and a corsair h150i elite capellix, this is both on an rog b650e-e gaming. I just finished constructing the system but when i entered into bios my temps were at 60 degrees and reached 80. I checked the contact between the cooler and the cpu and the thermal paste covers the whole cpu and the radiator is hot when i touched it. my ambient temperature is around 30 celcius Any reasons as to why this may be occuring

Remember that when in BIOS the CPU is operating with none of the OS's power management functions running so the processor will run warmer than in the OS while idle.

What is temperature when in the OS, with no applications running? Look at an average temperature to avoid the temp spikes that can occur when a background application wakes up suddenly.

Any reasons as to why this may be occuring

Several;
* low rad fan speeds
* low pump RPM
* conflicting airflow inside the PC case

Also, 60-80C on your chip under load are normal temps,

Hello just an update the cpu after booting still increases in temperature
In core temp the temperature is recorded at 92 degrees celcius

Cross-validate it with HWinfo64,
link: https://www.hwinfo.com/download/

If HWinfo64 Sensors show the same high temps, time to look why temps are that high.
If not, issue could be with CoreTemp program, that shows wrong temps.

Icue shows the same high temps
turns out my AIO has a pump failiure so im getting a RMA from corsair
