High CPU usage after overclock!

I have overclocked my i5 6600k to 4.4 ghz after that I have seen that CPU usage in the task manager is at a very high percentage but when I look at, for example, HWmonitor and Afterburner, it's significantly lower if I compare with the task manager. Is it just a windows bug? Is there something I should care about?

Can you give me some screenshots to look at? That would be very helpful.

I have taken two pictures with my phone on my second monitor while i have played player unknown battle grounds and a Gyazo picture tabed out and you can clearly see a difference of 10-20%. In taskmanager my cpu goes at 100% sometimes.

Go back to task manager, and click on the CPU tab, what programs are using up your CPU most?

I have taken some pictures with my phone while I played H1Z1. It looks like it's just the game!

Yeah it's just the game, I wouldn't worry about it unless you're getting major performance dips/stutters.
