HI,so my CPU has some issues...I haven't had these problems for a while, but once I changed some settings in the bios to improve performance..but now my processor is in high usage, what can I do..I tried to turn off a few settings in the bios and change things and I don't know what to do... Is this a bottleneck or not? But not in all games like this... I would like help and thank you.
Spec;
cpu;w3680 3.46 ghz
gpu; gtx 670 OC
ram;10 GB 2x5
PSU;625 bronze..

This is a pic of how it looks like; https://ibb.co/mFJGzwJ

and thanks..i hope you guys help me.

Solution
Yes,drop frame between (35-68) and gpu usage is between (70-95)
i did disable hyperthreading in the bois and the performance changed a lot...now i don't have much drop frame and gpu usage between (85-99) but the cpu usage is now higher...so where is the problem ?

There is no problem. Disabling Hyperthreading disables half the hardware threads the CPU can run. Utilization is based on [sum of all hardware thread utilization] / [number of hardware threads available]. In your case, instead of dividing the total utilization by 12 with Hyperthreading on, it's dividing it by 6. The workload hasn't changed, so the number is going to be higher.

so it is not dropping frame, what is the problem?

get a new system? check cpu temp?
no...it has drop frame a lot... and i can't get a new system.....and my cpu temp is between 65-72 or less..but when i disable hyperthreading the performance changed a lot...hope u understand me cause i'm bad in English

thx

it's not ..that's why this is strange....ill just enable Hyperthreading again and i hope the performance stay the same
