high cpu usage

I play gta iv. But it dont run then i install intel update everything is fine.but after 2-3 days my cpu usage is very high.i think this problem is caused by intel update.
Windows 7 ultimate
2gb ram
2.6 ghz pentium processor

Nothing is wrong with having high CPU usage. It means that your CPU is working hard to play the game. That is good.
