The 7 series mobo's are iffy which is why people don't really recommend them. Often they will die after a few days of use. If your lucky though you don't encounter any problems with them...its a roll of the dice. Most people don't like to gamble on their PC's. I would just sell your GTX 260 on ebay or something and get a 4870 instead and a P45 mobo.

im really happy with my items i woudnt sell them i guess i better forget about sli
i just feel bad cuz im leaving my sli power supply no option of upgrading

which mobo is better both have 8 sata ports which i might need later plus im buying antec 1200 which has 9 hd cage so i will prob use all 8 later

my question is which mobo is best for e8500 and gtx260?

Don't get the DDR3 version, DDR3 isn't worth it. Just get the DDR2 board and a good set of DDR2 ram. Memory support is the only difference between the two boards. The DDR3 also seems to have its fair share of issues that need to be worked out.

ok i changed my mind im going for
GA-EP43-DS3L

this is the best bang for the buck for what i need i realize im paying more than $50 just for 2 extra sata ports because i woudnt even use the extra features of the p45 mobo i posted above so instead of p45 its going to be p43 and im buying case with hot swap =) look below

E8500 im very confident i can settle for this chip for the next 3 years or more

Looks pretty good, although I think you are going a bit overboard on the case...but hey if thats what floats your boat then go for it. That is a very nice case.
