So im building a high end PC, 95% for gaming on 1440p with 144Hz monitor. The parts i went with are:

CPU: Intel Core i9-9900K
CPU cooler: Corsair H100x
MOBO: Gigabyte Z390 AORUS ELITE
MEMORY: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2x 8GB) 3200
STORAGE: Samsung 970 Evo 500 GB M.2 + 250 GB M.2
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER 8 GB WINDFORCE OC
CASE: Phanteks Eclipse P400 Mid Tower
PSU: 750W 80+ Gold

This costs a bit over 2000€ in my country. If i could save even a bit money, my questions would be:

- which cheaper MOBO could i pick, cuz i won't be needing any SLI support, Wi-Fi or anything else, just that it supports 9th gen CPUs and is still pretty decent. Should i even consider buying a cheaper one?

- For the PSU, would 650W be enough, or is 750W the safer option?

-I want to have 3 fans as exhaust (1 rear, 2 top) and 3 as intake on the front with 1 being a 120mm fan and the other 2 (is that even considered a 2) with a 240mm radiator. Does this or any MOBO even have so many slots available for fans?

I appriciate all the answers/help i can get :)

Solution
It's alright, however, if a Corsair TXM, RM, or RMX is available, go for one of those.

You could buy an SSD like an Intel 660p/ Crucial P1 to save money.

Thanks for the answer. Will look it up.

What about MOBO being able to connect all the fans i intend to? It says that it has:
1 x CPU fan header
1 x water cooling CPU fan header
3 x system fan/water cooling pump headers

So that's 5. Now if that radiator fans (which are 2), count as 1 or they have 1 pin, that then makes it 5 not 6, which should work?
