Question High FPS but game looks choppy

Hello! I was wondering how could I fix my games stuttering and looking choppy even tho I have high fps in each one.
Here are my specs:
CPU: Intel I9-9900k
GPU: RTX 3080 Eagle from Gigabyte
RAM: x2 16gb Corsair RGB Vengeance
PSU: Corsair RM750W
Motherboard: Asus Z390-B
I have 2 SSDs, 1 is 1TB and the other is 500gb and a Corsair H100i Pump with 3 fans, watercooled.
I also have Windows 10 Pro installed.

Any help would be appreciated!

I had this problem before the only way you can fix this problem is by reseting to factory ur computer this bug is caused by any third-party application like lightning led software ' any mouse software so the only solution is to restore your pc

I already reset it once and got the same performance

Since doing that have you installed motherboard drivers from ASUS and the gpu driver from NVidia? Are you running the lastest motherboard BIOS?

I have installed the Nvidia gpu drivers but not the asus mb ones. I will in 30 min when I get home

Could it be that you didn't enable 165hz and are still stuck on the default 60hz?
