Question High Memory Usage

Hey,
So I've built my new pc and I started to realize that most of the time when I'm installing a program on the pc, I have a high Memory Usage (programs like Uplay, Razer Synapse or even games on steam)

I took this picture after I closed every programs running in background like steam, discord, logitech hub, etc
I saw a video where the guy changed his windows theme and colors and when I did that too, the Ram Usage went up

Tuf z490-plus wifi
XPG spectrix d60g ddr4 @3200mhz
Windows 10 home

I have 2x 8gb
* Also I have to restart the pc to get back to normal

Its a new build and I don’t have any antivirus so I scanned with windows and everything was good

check resource monitor to see what 8gb is hardware reserved?

I went on device manager to find it but didn't find it so I downloaded it on my motherboard's website
(I thought everything was downloaded automatically with windows 10 first boot)
The moment I installed the chipset driver, memory usage went up so it's always happening when I install something

Update

I've re-installed my Intel driver and some other Bluetooth drivers and it seems to work fine now. I tried to download a game from steam and there's no more high memory usage
I'll keep updating for a bit and then I'll be sure that the problem is fixed

Ok, now its worse, I get like 94% of ram usage

Nothing. it just randomly went high (memory)
I've made a post on a subreddit and someone told me to just force quit dmw.exe when it's acting up, windows will restart it by itself
For now, I'm arround ~30% only when my background apps are running
When I start Chrome, It's between 30-40% and dmw.exe is in the 50-100mb range
The only things I did so far were
- SFC Scan
- Virus Scan (nothing wrong found)

maybe leave your computer for like an hour or more, i got same problem but it fixed itself
