High Quality Monitor Suggestions

So I'm currently running a triple-display setup, with 2 BenQ 21" Monitors, and 1 32 Inch TV. I am looking to get rid of both of the BenQ Monitors and replacing it with a high quality, maybe IPS monitor to play games such as Far Cry 4 and High Quality games. I do not play FPS games so response time isn't a big key.

I am currently looking at the Asus VC279H:
https://www.asus.com/uk/Monitors/VC279H/

My Budget is around £150-200, and I would preferrably not go over the budget, but a slight increase may be needed. And if possible, a monitor around 27" would go well, and probably the lowest I would go is around 25". I would prefer 27" though.

Thanks in advance.

Oh right, don't really know too much about monitors, was just a suggestion. Any chance you could find me a similar monitor if possible?

Been looking on the overclockers website, found this monitor which seems pretty good: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/aoc-i2769vm-27-1920x1080-ips-widescreen-led-monitor-black-mo-025-ao.html

And this one on a different website:

In addition, this monitor which is from Acer...

My setup is a little weird. I have the 'Box Room' of the house, so there's basically no room at all, so I have my TV on my wall so I can watch films and things while laid in bed and things like that, and then the monitors are for up-close and gaming, and the monitors are on my desk, below my TV. If I had room for 3 monitors on the same desk in a great desktop setup and had different sized monitors, that would bug me immensely.

Thankyou for the feedback :)

I've been looking, would this monitor be better, especially for the price? It is still IPS but it is 2560x1440, and still 27"

Personally, this looks really similar to the Asus monitor, but the 2K definitely steps it up for me, but has a 7ms response time over the 5ms the Asus has. This shouldn't make too much of a difference because I don't really play FPS games.
