Question High RAM usage for no reason (IDLE)

Hi. a few weeks ago my RAM usage went way up and I have done everything I know to get it down but I can't. Stays at around 60% to 80% usage but the task manager shows nothing using it. I have 8GB of Corsair DDR4 RAM. I will attach a few pictures of the task manager and poolmon. If anyone can help me, please do, the lag is killing me.

Do you have screenshots from more than a couple weeks ago when it was using less? Did anything new get installed or changed a couple weeks ago?
The usage doesn't really seem unreasonable. Try performing a full system virus scan and let us know if it finds anything.

No, I don't have any pics. A lot of stuff has been changed, but I deleted everything that has been installed so it should be just like it was a few weeks ago. Well, at idle it just sits using like 4-5GB of RAM, and it really slows things down.
