High temperatures for a liquid cpu cooler???

I have a I5-4690K and im cooling it with the H80i GT and im getting idle temperatures of 35 - 40 Degrees, is this a normal idle temp or is this high? Thanks!

Edit - When under load it raises up too roughly 65 degrees, im really new to liquid cooling and im abit concerned so any help is appreciated.

This is normal for a single fan AIO. Nothing to worry about
