What in a video game causes me to shoot someone and it not register? I just played a session with a ping of 30 and half my shots did not register so I did no damage, is it something to do with network, bad pc, bad router, bad sdd, bad power supply even, I just dont understand how this is normal for me but when I go and watch other people play the game this is not brought up at all.

That is completely in the underlying game code.
Nothing you can do to "fix" this.

A weird thing that happens to my mental as well, every time I fight someone or get ready to shoot someone Im afraid to shoot because im afraid ill just blank them and die or get shot myself.
