Hitman 2

I have a question on one of the scenarioes in Hitman 2. It's the one where you have to free the prisoner from the 2nd level basement and kill the general. Anyways, I've killed the general and freed the prisoner and now I'm at the wall where I have to bomb my way thru it. Ok, how do I use the bomb? I know it's remote detonated, but eveytime I drop the bomb, whether it's armed or not, it detonates killing me. I don't know how to use the remote detonator. The game came with my audigy 2 card so I dont have the manual. Any help would be appreciated thanks

Drop the bomb, get back near the door you walked in and use the remote to detonate the bomb. Whats so hard with that 😀
