[SOLVED] Hitman: Absolution locked at 30 fps

Hi. So I installed the game and got into it. I started the story and when I got into it, I was getting about max 30 fps on the lowest settings.
I meet both the minimum and recommended system requirements.
These are my specs:
i3 4130 3.4 GHz
6 GB RAM
Geforce GT 630 2GB

Is it my PC or is it the game. If you know a fix please let me know because I tried the Low Specs Experience program and it didn't it just change the graphics options to the lowest.

Make and model of your PSU and it's age? Have you tried uninstalling your GPU drivers using DDU and reinstalling with the latest found off of Nvidia's support site? Might I ask where you sourced the game from?

I always update my drivers but I don't use DDU. I'll give you the psu model in a sec after I get off the toilet. I got the game from a website that pirates everything.

Well I think it was made in 2013 and It's 500w

don't know why it is locked for you at 30 but I found this article for you.
Look at thunderjaks 2nd comment below the photo , he is saying the game is locked at 60.
Some companies do lock frame rate at 60 but forget to tell us.
