Question Hogwarts legacy, 4070ti, frame generation cause screen tearing, how solve?

Screen tearing occurs when the fps are out of sync with the TV refresh rate. If the TV does not support adaptive sync you could try these options

1) Try using V-Sync. Should stop screen tearing but will cap fps to 60 and will introduce some latency.

2) Use an fps limiter, either in the game or other software. IT’s recommended to set the limit 2 or 3 fps lower than the Hz, so 57-58fps. This may not eliminate all screen tearing but it should be better but it does not add any latency like V-Sync.
