I'm looking to buy a new computer but I seem to have run into a problem.

My network can be shown as:

..with the top computer (new one) in the 2nd floor, the main 2 in the main floor and the Xbox in the basement.

I'm not too keen in running wires through the ventellation system (again), so my question is simple: are there cards (I'd need two) that allow one computer to give another computer internet access through it wirelessly?

What I'd like are two cards that can hook into the computer and talk to eachother. The new one accessing the Internet through one of the main ones.

I'm not aware of anything that can do what you want it to do. But why not get yourself a WAP (Wireless Access Point) and connect it to your router. Then install a wireless card into your new computer. Doesnt that accomplish the same goal?
