Home Network Printer Problem

I am on Windows 7 and have an HP Color Laser Jet 3505X printer set up in a home share group. When I try to print a document it goes into que and when I check the Printer info it is showing printer offline. What am I missing?

You need to make sure that your router/home server is assigning a static IP to your printer, otherwise whenever you want to print you'll have to figure out what the current IP of your printer is and re-add it via the control panel.
