Question Home Theater audio setup for me

I am looking for a home theater audio setup that meets these requirements

Budget: $1500

Dolby Atmos and DTS:X
5.1.4
HDMI eARC and CEC so I can control the volume with my built in tv remote
LPCM 5.1

I did. It is a good soundbar and I was considering it but I would rather go for a full speaker setup.
