Long Version: So I ordered a build back in August of 2012. I had trouble getting it charged because my billing address was stateside but I was sending it to an APO address. I had to change a lot of things but got it done and was then charged in September. I asked why the order was taking so long and found out items were back-ordered so I changed the order and had it processed. It then finally shipped in October parcel instead of priority which is what I paid for. The packages never came in so I contacted the sales rep and was told to wait longer. The tracking info they provided is for a pallet not for my individual package which is also something I paid for and the package failed to arrive in the time frame the specify at the time of order and on the website. I've tried getting a refund but was finally given to a manager after 75+ emails and 20+ phone calls and was told to wait until December which is months past the VISA deadline and even a month after the USPS deadline. They refuse to issue a refund and won't even contact USPS to see if they can get any additional info on the package (horrible service if you ask me) so I contacted them and found out the package never left California. I've since had to dispute the item thru my bank and VISA since I've allowed them over 30 days to supply the product or refund and they've failed to do so and failed to contact me back regarding the issue. I've asked for a refund in return for refusal of all packages and no emails back...also...found that VISAs policy is 60 days which makes me angry knowing that CyberPower was trying to push me past this...wonder why.

Quick Version: Purchased in August. Paid in September. Shipped in October. Still no package and it is almost December. = Lost revenue and loyalty.

It is a shame that anyone would have this kind of experience let alone an overseas military member who was doing this as a first attempt to learn semi-custom computer builds (configs...I understand this isn't a custom build I did with my hands).

I did use my CC. That is how I disputed it...VISA's policies are if they MUST provide the item or refund within 30 days...they failed...so I reported it.

It is just a shame they were this bad for me.

I will never trust any seller or company who wants me to "wait" past any form of refund deadline or time frame for recourse. seem heaps of sellers try that on ebay saying wait 45+ days due to shipping delays (paypal refund period is upto 45days)

My theory is if they want you to wait that long, they either don't know or don't care and just want your money, report them, lodge your complaints etc.. before that time is up.
If nothing happens be a bastard and get a lawyer
