Question Horrible FPS In all games and blue death screens

Hello Recently my pc started stutter in games and causing a blue death screen sometimes when I would power my pc on. I've tried so many things but the only thing I can come up with is a hardware issue. I did run a user benchmark test and it showed my CPU (i5 84000, GPU (GTX 1060), and Ram (16 GB 2666mhz) were all performing way below expectations. This happened all of a sudden on Saturday. I'm pretty sure its either the PSU, CPU, or Motherboard any thoughts of what I should do? My Pc is a prebuilt and the Power supply is low quality

If you think it's hardware, next step would be to start swapping things out or testing it in other systems. What to test first would depend on exactly what you tried already.
