A few days ago my pc overheated and shut down while gaming, I blame that on the ambient temp in my room since my AC unit was broken. However, I've been looking at my cpu idle temp and also it's temp when I'm doing simple web browsing. I am not really sure whether or not it is an issue.
Ambient temp during time of pictures is around 75-80F.

Is my cpu running too hot when I only simply have a web browser open? Is it an issue with one of my fans?
PC Specs:

AMD FX-4100 Zambezi 3.6 GHz Quad Core
Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 2GB
8 GB RAM
PSU: 600W
Stock heatsink fan, the thermal paste was pre-applied.
