[SOLVED] How can i access server remotely but make it so any user on the computer can only use server's resources?

So basically i would like to connect a PC to server remotely, and do something so only servers files and stuff can be used but the local files can't.
How could i set this up?

like opening webpage, typing domain and pressing enter
or opening game client with probably edited hosts file (if its custom server and game doesnt have ip server change)
