Hey guys, I'm going to be building a new system soon and I'm looking to put it in the Cooler Master Storm Enforcer (unless I start getting indecisive again). It looks like a great case except I would prefer a case with blue lighting. It'll be easy enough to swap out the front fan for a blue LED one but I'm not sure about the power/HDD indicator lights. Has anyone modded their Storm Enforcer to have a blue power light? How hard would it be and what would I have to do? I'm not a complete noob but feel free to act like your telling a 5 year old how to do this lol.

Technically this is a easy switch your gonna splice the two ends of a LED in to the power for the old one , LEDS can be had extremely cheap. Your main issue will probably be GETING to these parts as they may be behind some thing that is glued or not meant to be removed. I rarely see cases with really easy accesses to the front LED , buttons. If you get in there almost any how-to site has easy to follow instructions on wiring a LED.

Ok, sounds easy enough if I can get to the LED. Gonna hope for someone with the Storm Enforcer to let me know if this is possible (or at least easy enough without breaking anything)

the front LED's are usually glued in place with a glue gun, This can easily be "un-done" and then put in the color of your hearts desire. Only thing/hiccup i can think of is getting an LED replacement of similar shape or at least size so that it will fit in the opening of the case. Or you could go a touch larger and re-size the hole but i would not go smaller and have a pain getting the thing to sit in place and look clean

I have iball Bullet case. It has just 1 LED in front which acts as both power and HDD indicator. One day i plugged our all the power wires including the front panel wires. After reinstalling the color of the HDD light changed from Red to Blue. Now it matches the color of my cabinet lights. I dont know how it happened. May be something to do with +ve and -ve sides of the wire!!!!!
