How can I clean my Logitech G403 Hero teflon mousefeet since my mousefeet is dirty and came from a dirty mousepad. I certainly don't want to use my dirty mousefeet on my new mousepad.

Solution
um but what if my mousefeet is scratched and I put some alcohol on it?
I don't know. What are you worried about?
If you don't like my isopropyl idea use something else.
The most likely contaminant is skin oil. You are going to need a solvent for oily things. Isopropyl is a great solvent for water and oil based things.

Isopropyl alcohol would be my first go-to. Just like cleaning thermal compound. Use a coffee filter. It will be absorbent, firly stiff, and slightly abrasive. Work on each foot pad individually.
