How can I drag and drop (change order) of my picture files in a folder

In Windows, I can't seem to drag and drop my picture files within folders to rearrange their order like I could in XP.

Right click on a space in the folder containing your Pics and use the 'sort by' menu to arrange them as you wish.

Thanks for your suggestion, but non of the menu items fit what I want to do. I simply want to drag and drop (rearrange) some files like I could in XP. Does anyone know, did Microsoft, in their godly wisdom, remove that feature from Windows 7 ?

Guess you'll need to complain. There is a 'hack' mentioned, but I'm unsure if it will achieve what you desire...
