How can I find out whats wrong with my computer

I've been getting a couple of errors, pc has slowed down and im getting lower fps in games. I've cleaned it, used memtest, driversweeper and ran a virus scan but I just don't know whats wrong with it.

Did it become slow after doing something? Updates, new install, etc?

Also listing of warnings/errors in event viewer.

But a fresh install always picks up speed a bit.

The start of the problem was a random bsod less or equal error

Thanks I forgot to mention im using windows 8, but I`ve also tried to to do a system restore but it never loads

WOW THANK YOU!!! This fixed everything completely. Only thing I'm wondering is what problem can I use to clean up, check if all the files are okay and for any possible errors?
