This:

"I have a PC with i9 which is good but has noises."

Is the whole purpose of 25 foot cables, BT, etc. to move the PC away from the desk because the PC has "noises"?

If so, then describe the noises. There may be another, much simpler or straightforward solution.
Wise observation from Ralston that went right by me. It might very well be a far better thing to figure out why the PC has "noises" than to simply try hiding it away somewhere. Anywhere that makes it so you can't hear the noises anymore is also going to make it difficult, aside from a wired connection, to have good connectivity. Noises have to travel through the air same as any signal would, so.

Update your post to includel full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)? History of heavy use for gaming, video editing, or even bit-mining?

Which fan? What sort of noise? When did the noise begin?

How many fans are installed? RGB fans?

You need to provide more information and details about the computer and components.

And not wait until asked.

Also, it is good troubleshooting practice to change only one thing at a time.

If all else was working before except for the fan noise, then restore the system back to that configuration.

Once you are sure that all is working and the only problem is the fan noise the next step will be to focus on the fan noise.

Starting with which fan is making the noise and what sort of noise.
