Question How can I fix a random FPS drop on all games?

I have an Alienware Aurora 5, and it's always run most games at 60 FPS. Recently it's run all games at 10 FPS - not fluctuating. I cleaned my computer with different programs along with updating my drivers. I don't think it has to do with overheating because it happens even when I first start my computer. The game starts at 10, runs at 10, and ends at 10. It seems like it all started when I downloaded Batman: Arkham Origins. Does anyone have the same problem? Better yet, how to fix it?
