Question How can i fix disk errors all over the place?

I am trying to analyze what is going on with my disk and laptop, but i dont know where to start. Whenever i try to run "check for disk errors" in the properties menu. It gives me an error, when i try to run CHKDSK it gives me errors too. I want to reset my laptop but that doesn't work either. Can someone help me?
