Question How can I Hardware reset my redragon keyboard?

Hi, I'd like to know how can I reset the Redgraon K550 yama keyboard as the the rec button for the macro keys is not working.

The button itself is working but it wont do anything on a single press although it flashes the keyboard when holding it down and I tried switching the key caps but it doesn't solve the problem
