I have connected two monitors (DeLL S2218H) by using my Nvidia graphics card.
Now, In Windows, I can output the audio either through one of the device. Is there any way.
So, I can output to both HDMI and DVI as left and right channel audio?

Can be done, but it's going to be ugly. You need to buy something that will separate the audio from the HDMI. Something like this should work.

(This is not a toms hardware recommendation. Just my own personal quick search as an example of what you need.) Hook up the DVI monitor like normal. For the HDMI monitor you'll plug the HDMI cables into the box then continue as you normally would. For the audio you'll need a splitter cable. Plug out of the box then into each monitor. Go into the monitor OSD and adjust the auduo balance as needed.

I never suggest two monitors anymore. Three would be better.
