How can i set my nvidia graphics card as default?

I know how to do with the nvidia control panel but can i do it without the nvidia control panel because my nvidia conrol panel isnt working and i try everything.I have a asus dual gtx 1070 but its from nvidia too.

Did you try reinstalling?

If not, download via Nvidia's website, reinstall and reconfigure.

Just plug your monitor into your graphics card, not your motherboard. Your 1070 will always be used then.

Can i do it in another way too because i dont want my graphicskart next to my pc.
Would it help when i just replug my gpu in?

The graphics card has display outputs that are accessible at the rear of the PC. Plug the video cable (HDMI, displayport, whatever you're using) from your monitor into one of those.
