Question How can I solve "b1 initialize library failed 0xc00000bb" error?

Hello,
When I turned on a laptop then it show me a black screen with "b1 initialize library failed 0xc00000bb" error. I updated BIOS, but problem exist.
How can I solve it?

Updating a bios when you have no idea what is wrong is the worst possible thing you can do.

reinstall windows will probably fix it if it used to work properly

Reset BIOS to all default values. If there's a way to (easily) reset CMOS on your laptop do so.

It was a Windows boot problem.
I changed Windows OS and problem solved.
