I had updated my laptop to win 11 pro and haveen inundated by constant ads as I try to normally do my browsing or reading my emails/ Is there a way to get rid of this problem permanently?

There are browsers that can help with it, add on for those browsers that can help with it, as well as hardware solutions. I personally like AdBlock Plus with Chromium based browsers.

Do keep in mind that certain sites will not work as expected or not allow access while using it.

Not very encouraging.....getting rid of one problem and getting another to replace it.
