[SOLVED] How can I use parental control on my Mac?

I usually hover over my children's shoulders, watching their every move in order to keep them safe. I know that Apple has several parental control features. But don't know what to choose or use? I need help to protect them (my children) as they browse the internet or while playing games.

Go to system preferences, click on parental controls, click the name of a user or the plus on the bottom to add a new user, activate your preferable settings. Hope this helps!
