Well, it's not something I would worry about, at all, if the information in that message is not suspicious to you. If you were dealing with the site noted at the bottom of the message, and WINTAB2 belongs to you, then it's just letting you know that the account summary was sent there.

I can't say why, and at the moment neither can you, but it is almost certainly secondary to something you, as an end user, did. That's not an accusation or chastisement, but merely a fact. You may eventually intentionally find or stumble upon what that "something you did" is.
It's not 'sending', but rather it is 'syncing'.

Log on with the same google (chrome) account, synced.

Amen! If you log in to the browser itself, it's 99.999% certain that you allowed the sync feature to be configured as part of that. You can check to see what you have set up by clicking on the icon (often your avatar, if you uploaded a specific one) immediately to the left of the Google Chrome triple-dot menu button at the upper right side of the main Chrome control bar.

The first thing you'll see if it's syncing is, "Syncing to," followed by the Google Account. You can control what syncs within the account settings structure somewhere. I've forgotten specifically where at the moment and don't want to spend the time digging.

I always have my accts sync set on. I never get that msg.
EDIT: But I might have left chrome open on the tablet. So that might be why it was the first time I saw that notification. My bad. I'll test and see if I can git it to happen again.
