how do i acsess IBM notebook hard drive from phone

My IBM notebook is broken , dead ... How can i accesses my hard drive and view it on my phone

Attach the HDD to another computer if the drive is actually working. You can run tests on the drive and possibly access the data once it is attached. You cannot access it from your phone to do these things.
