Hi, so recently I purchased the new Forza Motorsport game on Steam, and after doing performance tests, I realized that absolutely nothing is limiting my FPS, yet the FPS dances around 90. CPU is always below 10%, GPU is also below 10% (and VRam is at 4GB), RAM is holding solid at 14GB without going higher or lower, almost like the RAM is the bottleneck, but I have 32GB of RAM available. Could it be the RAM speed over the actual amount? Is there a specific way to allocate more RAM to a game? Any other possibilities?

Can you show screenshots from CPU-Z - memory and spd sections?
And screenshot from GPU-Z.

Also run userbenchmark test and show link to results page.

No there is not.
If system has free ram, then applications take as much as necessary.

Applications ask for more RAM as needed. There's no way for the user to manually do it for them.

With regards to performance issues, you need to run other applications to see if they behave as expected if we want to start blaming either the OS, drivers, or hardware.
