What are the recomendations for doing this?
Also, is 58° C normal for this motherboard with a Ryzen 5 360?
can the fan be replaced in case it stops working?

Usually the fan itself....the blades etc....hardly ever need cleaning....and I'd also like to stress "don't clean too often"....as I have read too many posts that go something like "I cleaned it and now it doesn't boot."

All I generally ever use to clean a PC is compressed air. You can buy cans of it or you can use a compressor (as long as the air is CLEAN). Basically I just blow the dust out. If you leave your PC on 24/7....I'd do it about every 6 months. If you only run a few hours a day....you can probably go a couple years.

I'd like to stress that one... many home shop compressors have oil and even water in the air that can contaminate electronics.

There are air line filters to alleviate that problem if you want to use the compressed air for cleaning/dusting.

Also, lower the pressure. Do some research on compressed air induced embolism. Not pretty.

When I use compressed air from a compressor I use a filter and a drier. I have to clean lots of computers in a manufacturing plant. Sometimes I fill a tank and carry that around instead of a compressor or I just tap into the shop air and add a filter and drier.

You just need to be conscious of the pressure.....as that determines how far away you should keep the nozzle.
