How do I find out what my GPU is?

What is my GPU? I've looked into my PC with dxdiag and MSinfo32 and nothing I've seen has been labeled as ''GPU'' are my Intel I7 and my Nvidia850 GTX both GPU's, is my Nvidia a GPU and the Intel a CPU, because that's what it was labeled as but nothing has a ''GPU'' label, there is only "Driver'' and I'm getting to an unhealthy level of rage trying to find out. Why does nothing have a "GPU" label if the GPU is so important to a PC?

And I have two, the dedicated Nvidia and the integrated Intel drivers, It seems even harder to find that one.

You have the GTX850, so you dont need the other one.
