Hello
ever since I updated my hardware, blue screen errors such as The PFN_LIST_CORRUPT, DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, and The Kernel Security Check Failure have been happening to my PC. I updated all the drivers and ran the Memory Diagnostic Tool. I tried the RAM in other slots several times, but I still have the blue screen problem. DUAL OC 12GB graphics card - CPU i3 12100 - one 16 gig ddr5 RAM - Motherboard GigaByte H610M HD3P LGA1700 DDR5 I used the memtest86 tool, which showed a thousand errors, I put the RAM in another slot to try it, but no error occurred, the next day I turned on the PC again, the blue death errors started again, I don't know what to do. Also, I gave the mini dump files to the specialist to check, and he said that the mini dumps show that the problem is with the RAM hardware. Can I be sure that the problem is with the RAM? Because it was a new RAM. please help me

I updated all the drivers and even thought that the cause of these errors is the PSU, I bought a new one and replaced it, but the problem is still not solved. The system is unstable, when running the game, the computer crashes and shows the blue screen of death. And I realized a new thing that I have to change the place of the RAM in the slots every day so that the system becomes stable and does not crash anymore, and it is very bad that I have to move the RAM in the slots every day. I am looking for a solution to solve this problem.
This is the link to the dump files

What is your ram exact model, speed and timing? You have very low-end CPU and mobo and they may not support your ram. You could try to do a cmos reset to make sure the ram runs at its minimum default setting (should not be more than 4800 MT/s).

Check cpu socket for bent/broken pins.
Make several high resolution photos from different angles and show here.

Update BIOS to latest version.
Note: H610M HD3P board has multiple revisions. Every revision has different BIOS download.
Find revision number at lower left portion of the board.

To help find the cause of the BSODs look in Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer.

Either one or both tools may be capturing some error code, warning, or even an informational event just before or at the time of the BSODs.

Reliability History/Monitor is more end user friendly and the time line format may reveal some pattern.

Event Viewer requires more time and effort to navigate and understand.

interesting problem: normally I would be looking for a firmware issue in your storage device. Look for a firmware update, look for a motherboard cpu chipset update from your motherboard vendor. update the motherboard bios to the current version.
(and install update drivers to match)

make sure your system is not overheating (it may be indicated by the underclocking of the cpu (throttling))

note: if your system is overheated then it could generate cache errors.

you run memtest86 on is own boot image to show that this is not a windows problem. (first update bios before running)

if memtest86 works ok then I would go into windows and disable lazy writes on the disk and look for firmware updates for the drive. (first update the bios, and chipset drivers, and any firmware before you do much testing since the only fix will be to do these updates anyway)

overheating can cause these type of problems. make sure fans are working/spinning

-----------
all of your bugchecks are due to memory corruption, looks like in cache management to the file system.

cpu is running at a strange speed:
Processor Version 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-12100F
Max Speed 4300MHz
Current Speed 3267MHz
Manufacturer Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
