I have the MSI B450M pro-m2 max motherboard, I wanted to upgrade my CPU from 3100 to 5700X. I have to update the bios to be able to use the 5700X, but in the middle of installation it corrupted, Now every time I turn on my PC the CPU debug led it turn on and there's no sign of display too. Furthermore, I've tried everything (clear CMOS, -changing the CMOS battery, take out the CPU and re-inserting it back, etc.) but still doesn't work. Do you guys think by flashing it with CH341A will fix the issue?

My PC specs are:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3100
Motherboard: MSI B450M PRO-M2 MAX
RAM: KLEVV DDR4 BOLT X Series 3200MHZ 16GB
GPU: ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1080 Mini 8GB GDDR5X
Storage: WD Blue 1TB, Samsung EVO 860 250GB, and V-GeN Hyper 256GB M.2 NVMe
Cooling: Be quiet! Pure Rock Slim 2
Case: Deepcool Matrexx 55 V2
PSU: CORSAIR CV650

Can you even enter BIOS? It seems you cannot. If that's true then you cannot flash BIOS.

I've looked at the motherboard manual, and there is nothing in there that suggests you can fix this except the clear CMOS jumper. It says this will restore BIOS but i suspect it means only restoring default configuration and NOT restoring corrupted BIOS.

Try it anyway. Short the two pins using a jumper cap or screwdriver for 5-15 seconds (PC should be OFF and unplugged when you do this).
Then try to start the computer again. If you again get the CPU LED, then the motherboard is stuck with a corrupted BIOS and cannot work.

If it still doesn't work, that means the motherboard is dead?

Update: It didn't work because the motherboard I had the bios chip is too small to grip with the clippers, and I can't solder, so I bought a new motherboard :/
