[SOLVED] How do I fix a network issue and other errors on the operating system ?

Hi everyone,

I have a windows 7 laptop, which recently started to behave wierd,

When I starts the computer, I get first of all a blue screen which desappers few moments after.
After this, I get some errors, one by one, of these EXE's:

winlogon.exe , userinit.exe, werFault.exe, synTPEnh.exe, avguirna.exe - software error

All of them telling that:
apphelp.dll { damaged image }

After all this, my internet connection is also damaged, WIFI and pyshical ethernet cable, both of them says "Identifing..." but the internet never works.

What Can I do ?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

If your PSU isn't compromised and your storage drives are intact, then I'd suggest trying to reinstall the OS. You should backup any and/or all critical content before you proceed to reinstalling the OS.

Also, mind sharing the specs to your build/system and the age of the PSU?

Yours is clearly an OS problem so a System Restore is likely to fix things.

If you're not familiar with it then head over to Control Panel -> System -> System Protection (top-left) -> System Restore. Pick an available restore point that predates as closely as possible with the onset of your problem.
