[SOLVED] How do I fix the shadows on the sand blocks? [Motion Blur]

I recently built a new PC and when I move in video games shadows appear all over the place. Please help me fix the issue. (Look at the sand blocks in the centre of the screen.)

If you loom at the sand blocks in the middle you'll see flare up of dark spots when I was jumping.

Solved: Check if your monitor has a tracefree setting or some other motion blur reducing function.
