Question how do i get rid of these stains or stuck pixels i don't exactly know what they are (my monitor is a samsung syncmaster 2033hd)

hey so one day I woke up with these things on my monitor i tried jscreenfix and other apps and none of them worked so far
Image appears behind of them as you can see in one of the images
Anyone can help me?

That's an internally cracked/broken display panel. Looks to have been poked at, rather hard. It cannot be repaired, only replaced.

That is NOT 'fixable by app'.

That looks to be physical damage.
