I'm willing to pay for the updates but I cant get the option to pop up. I dont want Windows 11.
I've replaced my local account with a Microsoft account, Im on the latest update... and the sign to enroll in the esu doesnt show up
Im on windows 10 pro and its activated with an official OEM license

Do you really want tp stay with Window 10? Consider the cost you have to pay each year

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/whats-new/extended-security-updates

You have to update to 22H2 first.

** Sorry, the link is for school/business/enterprise ** @USAFRet provided the consumer link, but seems one more year only

I'll upgrade to Win11 and install Open Shell Menu to get Windows 7 Start Menu back,

Also see what's necessary to upgrade from Win10 to Win11

You can also further customize Win11 with WindHawk tool
